摘要:

某煤矿8110工作面开采范围内地表有国道及超限检测站。为高效合理开采压覆的煤炭资源,同时减轻地表沉陷的危害,对8110工作面进行了覆岩离层注浆充填。然而开始注浆后在地表出现了冒浆现象。从充分开采状态下第四系底部和风氧化带处套管的断裂和离层空间快速上移中注浆量不足等方面分析了冒浆的原因,以期为后续注浆工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:

There is a national highway and over-limit check station above the mining area of the 8110working face of a coal mine. In order to mine the covered coal resources efficiently and reduce the harm of surface subsidence, the overlying bed separation grouting was carried out on the 8110 working face. However, slurry leakage happened on the ground after the grouting begin. Attempting to provide reference for the following grouting project, analyse the slurry leakage reason from casing breaking at the bottom of Quaternary strata and weathering zone under critical extraction condition and the insufficient amout of grouting during rapid move up of separation space.
