钻孔瓦斯抽采措施是解决煤层瓦斯问题最有效、最直接的办法。而封孔效果的好坏将直接影响抽放效果。长期以来,余吾煤业采用PVC管路配合囊袋封孔,封孔长度达到15 m左右;由于受采动及围岩应力重新分布等因素的影响,巷道周围煤体产生裂隙与巷道相通,形成漏气通道。因此,对现有封孔方式、封孔深度进行质量评价,重新确定封孔长度。

Abstract:

Drilling gas drainage is the most effective and direct method to solve the problem of coal seam gas. The sealing effect will directly affect the drainage effect. For a long time, PVC pipe and bag have been used to seal the hole in in Yuwu Coal Industry Co., Ltd., and the length of the hole has reached about 15 m, Due to factors such as mining activities and redistribution of surrounding rock stress, fractures have formed in the coal body surrounding the tunnel, connecting to the tunnel and creating gas leakage channels. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct quality evaluation on the existing sealing methods and sealing depth, and re-determine the sealing length.
