基于贵州省六枝特区聚鑫煤矿11185工作面工程地质条件,针对该工作面沿空巷道位置布设存在煤层倾角大、留设煤柱困难、采空区积水严重、采空区瓦斯与空气渗流等问题,详细介绍了优选完全沿空掘巷施工方式的原因,并论证其施工的前提条件与可行性。最后,结合工作面实际,针对性地设计了具体的关键支护技术、施工流程及关键事项等,以期为类似工况完全沿空掘巷施工提供重要的理论与实践参考。
Abstract:Based on the engineering geological conditions of the Juxin Coal Mine 11185 working face in Liuzhi Special District, Guizhou Province, the reasons for selecting the optimal construction method of roadway completely-driven along goaf is introduced in detail, in response to the problems of large coal seam dip angle, difficulty in retaining coal pillars, severe water accumulation in the goaf, and gas and air seepage in the goaf. Then the prerequisites and feasibility of its construction are demonstrated.Finally, based on the actual situation of the working face, the key support technologies, construction processes, and key issues are provided in a targeted manner. The research results can provide important theoretical and practical references for the construction of completely tunneling completely along goaf under similar working conditions.
